  3. To teach DBT and CBT skills that increase ability to cope with painful feelings, triggering events, stressful situations, unhealthy urges and troubling relationships.
  4. To encourage and develop an ability to live and eat mindfully.
  5. To encourage our clients to find freedom from obsessions about food and body.
  6. To encourage the development of a life with normal ups and downs.
  7. To encourage the ability to embrace joy.
